I received my Painmaster in the mail yesterday.

I would love to add that I wouldn’t be where I am today without painmaster. I had tried everything before finding it in my local chemist.

On the 1st of February I went on a cruise. I always take my painmaster when I know I’m going to be more active than normal. I was feeling that good on the cruise and forgot I was wearing it and jumped into the water. Needless to say for the rest of my cruise I had to go without. 2 weeks after my return I woke one morning in alot of pain to the point that walking was nearly impossible. I had to increase my painkillers (forgot I had a spare painmaster ). After a week my friend that I had been cruising with reminded me I had a spare. That night I went to bed with my painmaster on and the next morning I was nearly painfree.

I truely believe that painmaster has given me my life back. Yes I have days that I need to rest, but I can now keep up with my healthy friends with minimal pain afterwards.

I will be taking it on my next grand adventure in Hawaii, Alaska and Canada. Feel free to use my story. I tell everyone about how painmaster has helped me, I call it my no pill painkiller.

One very happy customer

If you have Back pain or stiffness through your torso and lower body, releasing your Psoas muscle could be a huge help. If you find this whole stretch too hard, just start with the parts you can manage and build up to more. Use this practice to create the internal awareness to break habits and access this deep muscle key for freedom and ease in the hips. The internal awareness that develops through yoga is the most important tool for learning to release the psoas. And releasing the psoas will bring new freedom, ease, and structural integrity to your yoga practice. Watch YouTube Video Here
