Payment Options
Consumer sales are processed by Visa or Mastercard for online payments. For offline payments, we offer EFT, Cheque or Offline Credit Card processing. Please select “Pay on Invoice” at the checkout and we will issue you a Tax Invoice with payment options. Alternatively, contact us by phone or email to order and we will issue an invoice.
Product Returns & Refunds
Refunds for products are available at up to 100% of the purchase price providing the products are returned in ‘as new’ and unopened condition, and provided they are returned within 30 days. Return freight/postage is the responsibility and cost of the client. Painmaster may reduce the amount refunded to $0.00 to a client if the product is damaged or in less than ‘as new’ condition upon return.
Refund & Return Terms
- For health reasons, no refunds or returns are available for any Painmaster product which has been removed from the packaging.
- No refunds or returns are available are available for cost of freight either to or from clients
Guarantee
As a complementary healthcare product, Painmaster does not guarantee any particular level of pain relief from its products. Users are advised to trial the product to ascertain whether it provides relief for the individual person and the particular pain condition. If no relief is provided, it is recommended that users contact their healthcare provider for alternative products. Painmaster guarantees that the product will emit the documented Micro-Therapy as required, indicated by the flashing light on the controller unit whilst the battery is active.
